At no time will Manulife Bank ever request personal, financial or password information through unsolicited emails. "Phishing" or brand spoofing in email
In this type of scam, emails which appear to be, or pledge to be, from legitimate companies request personal or financial information. The email is designed to have the look and feel of a legitimate company, complete with a company's brand name and colours. Customers are asked to click on a link within the email and then enter their personal, financial or password information. Providing this kind of information allows the thieves access to the customer's personal information.
