Below is an overview of the services that Best Doctors provides. It all starts with your physician sending a copy of your medical records to Best Doctors, Inc.

Advanced, case-specific recommendations by top medical specialists
- Rapid answers to your medical questions.
- An in-depth analysis of your medical records (your doctor will need to forward these to Best Doctors) confirmation of diagnosis and recommendations for treatment options.
- A report compiled by Best Doctors in consultation with practitioners affiliated with Harvard medical school and/or and a world-renowned expert in your condition.
| Getting the best care, anywhere in the world |
Locate the best doctor for your condition
Identification of the most appropriate doctors for treating your condition. Your report will include the names of a minimum of two doctors who specialize in your condition, information on the physicians’ availability, and details on how to set up the appointment.
| Best Doctors considers the rarity/severity of your illness and geographic location specified by a client when making recommendations. |
| Arranging care outside of Canada |
A full-level concierge service
- A report recommending centres that specialize in treating your condition, details of each provider’s qualifications, treatment approach and fees for treatment.
- Confirmation of your care management arrangements: travel, lodging and medical appointments, hospital estimates, pre-admission, hospital discounts; claims processing and around-the-clock patient services (U.S. only).
